Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FIFTY-FOUR platform ("Platform"), operated by GTCX Protocol ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

FIFTY-FOUR is a trade intelligence and market analytics platform serving 54 African jurisdictions. The Platform provides proprietary indices (CTII, RCII, CDII), country intelligence dossiers, counterparty verification, deal flow management, and related analytical tools across multiple product surfaces.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Access to the Platform requires authentication via TradePass, our identity verification service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription Tiers

The Platform offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Professional, Enterprise, Institutional) with varying levels of access to surfaces and features. Tier-specific entitlements are described at the time of subscription and may be updated with notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable sanctions or trade regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary indices, scoring methodologies, or algorithms
Redistribute, resell, or republish Platform data without written authorization
Interfere with Platform infrastructure or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary indices (CTII, RCII, CDII), scoring methodologies, intelligence products, agent outputs (THESIS, RADAR, LEDGER), and Platform design are the exclusive intellectual property of GTCX Protocol. No license or right is granted except as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.

8. Confidence Tiers and Disclaimers

Intelligence products on the Platform carry confidence tier designations (Verified, Corroborated, Indicated). These reflect our assessment methodology at the time of publication and are not guarantees of accuracy. All intelligence is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

9. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

The Platform uses artificial intelligence systems ("AI Systems") to generate intelligence briefings, score assessments, signal detection, and conversational analysis. AI Systems are powered by third-party large language model providers.

No guarantee of accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. All AI output carries confidence tier designations and should be independently verified before use in decision-making.
Data processing. When you use AI features, your messages and platform context (surface, role, country context) are sent to our AI service provider for processing. We do not send personal identifying information, credentials, or session tokens to AI providers.
No training on your data. Your interactions with AI Systems are not used to train third-party AI models. We maintain zero-data-retention agreements with our AI service providers where available.
Right to disable. AI features may be disabled at the platform or account level at the discretion of the Company or at the request of the subscriber.
Human oversight. AI-generated intelligence is designed to augment, not replace, human judgment. The Platform is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of Liability (including AI)

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTCX PROTOCOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON PLATFORM INTELLIGENCE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GTCX Protocol is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
